Scroll Goblin
A suite of gloriously pointless AI-powered mini-apps: translate text to emoji, touch virtual grass, scream at a chicken, commune with god, paint potatoes, and fence with slugs.
Scroll Goblin is a free collection of silly, interactive browser toys powered by AI. Each mini-app does one absurd thing well — there is nothing to install and nothing to learn. Just open one and start poking.
Good to know
- Free to use — no account, sign-up, login, or email required.
- No ads, no crypto, no wallet, no payments, and no tracking beyond basic anonymous visit counts.
- Everything runs in your web browser; nothing to download or install.
- The AI-powered apps (Emoji Translator, Commune with God) send your input to a language model and return a playful response.
- A global leaderboard ranks the apps by how often they are visited and poked.
- Built purely for fun — it is a novelty entertainment site, not a tool, product, or service.
Apps
- Emoji Translator — Translate between human language and emoji in both directions, powered by an LLM.
- Touch Grass — Finally, a way to touch grass without going outside. Brush it, pat it, pluck it — it reacts.
- Screaming Chicken — A rubber chicken you can squeeze. Hold to compress, release to hear it scream. The deeper the squeeze, the bigger the scream.
- Commune with God — Ask the divine anything. A benevolent, non-denominational AI oracle answers with kindness, love, and support.
- Potato Painter — Grab a spud, drag it onto the canvas, and stamp masterpieces. Every potato you use grows back different.
- Slug Fencing — A duel of two slimy duelists. Slide your slug up and down, then click to lunge. Land a hit on your rival to score — but mind your energy meter, because moving and lunging both drain it.
- Leaderboard — Global leaderboard of the most-visited and most-poked Scroll Goblin mini-apps.
